Nihon Anzenhoshō Kikikanri Gakkai

Founded in 2005, the Japan Society for Security and Crisis Management (日本安全保障・危機管理学会) has promoted research on security, calling for constitutional revision.

As of October 2025, former Chief of Staff, Joint Staff Shigeru Iwasaki serves as the president. The title of honorary president is held by the late former Prime Minister Shinzō Abe, who previously served as the organization’s president. The board of directors includes university professors, politicians, business executives from the private sector, and former members of the police and the Self-Defense Forces. On the association’s website, visitors can access essays and articles written by its members.
